If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to offer you an exchange or a refund, according to your preference.

> REFUND – 30 day policy

You have 30 days after receiving your package to request a refund, if you wish to do so.

In order to be able to offer you a refund, the items you have purchased must be in their original condition.

Unboxed, used, damaged or soiled items are not eligible for returns. Items marked "final sale" are also not eligible.

The shipping costs for returning your items will be your responsibility.

Upon receipt of your package, we advise you to inspect the contents to ensure that you have received the correct items and that they are in perfect condition, as they should be.

If an item you received is damaged or was damaged during delivery, we will be happy to exchange it for another copy of the same item.

> ORDER CANCELLATION

Once an order is confirmed and payment is accepted, unfortunately it is not possible to cancel your order, as it will be processed the same day.
