I'm not sure if my purchase went through. What should I do?

We confirm receipt of each order by sending an email to the address provided at the time of the transaction.

Can I cancel my order?

Once an order is confirmed and payment is accepted, it is unfortunately not possible to cancel your order, as it will already be processed.
